Black is a true rich dark black. Please note that we have added a short clip of the colour to show that it can change in different lights and how the fabric moves. If you are still unsure about the colour please order a swatch.
Quality information:
Belhus has a knit construction. The cloth is then put through a process called fulling. This basically felts the fabric but soaking the material in a soap solution and then compressing the fabric, making them stick together.
As this is Merino wool Belhus has a beautiful soft touch and not a titchy feeling. This fabric can used for pattern where the edge is left raw and will not frey.

Our boiled wool is made in a mill we have a long standing relationship with. The cloth has Oeko-Tex 100 standard certification. This certification is renewed every year and we are sent the updated certificate.
